How to create a GetFIT! profile
First step is to make a thread with the subject line "[Insert name here]'s Profile". Now, here's where we're gonna get personal. Okay, well, as personal (or not) as you want it. Your first initial post on your profile should be your info. A sample of what you can put is below (you mad add or delete as much as you want, make it yours):
My GetFIT! Profile
Current weight:
Goal weight:
Height:
Favorite exercises:
Pictures:
Measurements
Hips:
Waist:
Bust:
Thigh:
Arm:
After your initial post, you may double post underneath of that a post for everyday you log your exercise. So, for example, you post your initial post, then make a reply to your original with your info with your exercises for the day. Say you log your exercise, then do more later in the day you want to log you would now edit your exercise post for that day. So, basically, it is a post a day for your log. Other people are more than welcome to comment on your profile and daily exercises, as you are allowed to respond. Just keep your exercise logs as a post a day in your profiles.
Every time you exercise, you log it in your profile. It can be as simple as saying "10 bicep curls", or you could go on and create a whole story of how your day went and all the exercise you got in during that time. The more you log, the more you earn! Every exercise you log will be watched by the staff here and you will be awarded badges of different sorts. For example, there will be badges for doing your first exercise ever here at GetFIT!, then thereafter, you will be awarded badges that are relevant to the type of exercises you do. Go ahead, view my profile to get started and then try it out yourself. If you need ideas of exercises to do, head on over to the "Simplercise" board located below the one you are in.
