Thanks Icciotto! I'm really feeling good about myself this time! I'm finishing the 90 day program! Today is my day off from the program & tomorrow morning is my weigh in. Let's hope for good results on the scale Although my diet could be a lot better...

Edit: Forgot to mention, weighed in this morning and I'm still the same (no loss). Oh well, I know I have to work better on my diet and I'm not forcing myself. I want to get my exercise in gear (which I think I'm doing great!) and then slowly work on my diet.

Didn't do my workout yesterday but I'm going to change my day off for a workout day so since I didn't do it yesterday, tomorrow is going to be a workout day instead of a day off.
