This is honestly a funny game. I can't imagine you'll be able to bust out some serious moves when dancing to some of these videos. Try it though, it is fun, an amazingly great workout, and you know what, tell me you don't feel a bit more loose after doing it (both mentally and physically).
The object of the game:
The first person (me, this time), will post a video from Youtube for the next person to dance to. If you're going to participate, do it right now! Carry out your dance through the entire video. Don't be afraid to get silly, there isn't any "messing up". Promise. Just dance and let your body sway how it naturally will. Make your dance as crazy or structured as you want.
Each video will have a "pant factor" of 1-10. 1 being you barely moved to it, to 10 where you feel like you worked so hard you did more work than those in preparation for Dancing With the Stars.
So, here we go!
