Yep, that's right, I've FINALLY decided that enough is enough! Tonight, I'm starting Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. It's a 90-day program that promises great results. I won't be following her diet plan, I'll just be counting calories on my app on my phone. I'll be taking my measurements tonight and starting day 1 of my program

Jillian Michael's holds a little place in my workout heart as well. I originally started getting serious with working out with her DVDs as well. Jillian really pushes you, she really is a great trainer. I never did her 90-day Body Revolution, however, I did do her 30-day Shred, cardio (not sure of the name of this one), and Yoga Meltdown. Pretty intense. Good workouts though! I'm very proud of you for starting a program, that is such a wonderful start! Good for you, honestly, Meomi!

Yeah, I've tried 30-day shred (1 day LOL) and Ripped in 30 (1 week). I've never been able to stick with it. But I did follow P90X once for over a month and then stopped (out of nowhere!). I was so proud of sticking to it for that long. I'm not sure why I ever stopped. I was in a routine of doing it everyday. I guess I just constantly need someone to push me. I'm bad at sabotaging myself.

Thanks!! <333 I'm bad at sabotaging myself. You're so welcome! I know what you mean. Really, you said it right there with your last sentence. I will be sticking to a program, doing it everyday (or every other, whatever it calls for) and then out of nowhere (no idea why...) I'll just stop. Like, I know I should be doing it...but it doesn't click. It's very odd. When I am accountable by a community of people though (whether it be online or in RL), I never sway. It's the whole "Oh, crap, they're all seeing that I actually do this...I better stick to it" deal. Better yet though, it is kind of like if you get past those "stale" areas where you just stop, you can come out stronger before and build upon those last experiences thinking back to when you almost stopped, you wanted to so bad, but you kept moving. Then it gets harder and harder to quit, because at that point, not only do you have your online community (or RL community), you have yourself. Then once you have you in it for you, you'll never go wrong.

Oooh good luck Meomi! Sounds interesting I've heard of it before, but never done any actual work out plans, or even looked into them, so I don't know much about them As a side note...I do the same thing. I'll be working out, and then one day I just don't "feel like it", and thus end up not doing it again for a really long time, if I pick it back up haha. That's great advice Icciotto! ~Vanilla

You're right about that 100%! When I didn't want to do them, I kept telling myself, I've done so good so far, if I skip this one, it'll all go downfall so I just continued to hit play and did it. I guess there was one day where I wasn't as strong. I wish my boyfriend was a bit more supportive but he isn't so that's why I have to find my support online (Nothing wrong with that, right? xD) I'm going to post on here daily on my exercise. I know that posting daily will help me. If you guys don't see a daily post, I give you permission to PLEASE kick my ass! LOL

Edit: I may have found a workout buddy! A girl from work might be doing it with me (not together but she's going to start it too). I know it'll help me stick with it. She's a good pusher (wow, that sounds bad haha!). She'll be pushing me to do it.

You will get friendly reminders if you haven't logged in a while. ^^ Sometimes a push is all you need. All the members here will of course rely on each other for inspiration and support. So if you ever do not have the motivation you need, you can be sure someone will be there to give you the extra "oomph" on your profile!
Oh, and workout buddies are so wonderful. Let us know how that goes with your friend - that would be so wonderful if you two could relay information on how your time with the workout is going. It is phenomenal support.

Just finished my first workout. I'm soaked and I feel AMAZING!!! My muscles are going to be SOOO sore the next couple of days. Tomorrow is another workout but working different muscles. I need to take my measurements later :3 I'll post them in my profile. I'm going to weigh in tomorrow morning. Tomorrow is my first calorie-counting day.

Great job, Meomi! Isn't that euphoric feeling of just accomplishing a workout a-m-a-z-i-n-g?! You'll get such awesome results as you keep it up - and tracking your food will be an added plus, majorly!
