We all like TV, for the most part, right? Even if you don't watch a lot of TV, you still have something that catches your eye every now and again.
This is a really simple exercise plan I came up with while watching a show or movie.
During the actual movie march in place. You can run too, but running in place is hard on my knees, so I personally prefer marching. Then when the commercials come on, do the following (give or take a few reps depending on your fitness levels):
10 jumping jacks 10 push ups 10 crunches 8 squats Relax until movie where you start marching again.
I like it, it works, and of course you could switch out the commercial exercises to whatever you are comfortable with, even complete relaxing during commercials and just moving during the movie/show. Or vice versa. Whatever comes to you best!
