Exercise Log 9/11/12 . 30 minute Curves workout. 40 push ups . 20 jumping jacks . 10 squats . 10x each leg one legged squats

Exercise Log 9/12/12 . This workout here (Did max. reps/sets on all exercises except on very last exercise did 3 sets of 15 reps on each arm) I only used a 5lb. weight. . 50 jumping jacks

Exercise Log 9/13/12 Oh my goodness, I started running today. I LOVE it. When I actually took the time to do it right and ease into it, my goodness, running is a beautiful, wonderful thing. I look so forward to my new found hobby. How I felt during (after getting warmed up) and after was a feeling like no other. Bliss. I found something I really would consider a new found passion. . 15 minutes walking . 15 minutes running The above were done in a 3 minute interval workout for a total of 30 minutes.
