You have your profiles which hold important information about your fitness stats, badges, and daily exercises. Then you can optionally make a food journal here.
Just like with your profiles, you can double post in these. Make an initial thread entitled "[Insert your name here]'s Food Journal" and then that is your journal to reply to each day when you make a new entry. Other members are free to comment on your journal as you are for them as well. A sample of what to include in your journal is below. Make it however you would like it though. It's yours!
