In this challenge we will choose teams! I need a partner, and then we can go for another 2-3 teams of 2 people. I'll leave this open for entries for 5 days. So you can sign up below by saying you're in on this. Then once 9/18 gets here (to give people time to join in on this), I will randomly choose people to be a "team". How this works is once teams are chosen, there will be different workouts that will be worth different amount of points, as well as individual exercises that will be worth a certain amount of points. Those will be listed below. Once the competition starts, you will log all of the exercises and workouts you completed (by posting here, and they of course can go into your profiles, just put a little "for Team Up #1" next to the name in your profile so we know it was toward this competition - as well as post it here). Your team will have one week to do as much activities and rack up as many points as they can. The team that finishes victorious with the most points will get forum recognition in the news, as well as personalized badges to go in their profiles!
The Point System
Note: All points are based on the generalized difficulty of the exercise/workout. Everyone has different abilities. Go at your own pace and as always, listen to your body.
For individual exercises...
- Every 10 jumping jacks are worth 5 points
- Every 10 crunches/sit ups are worth 5 points
- Every 10 squats are worth 7 points
- Every 10 one-legged squats are worth 10 points
- Every 10 bicep curls are worth 6 points
- Every 30 minutes of walking is worth 12 points
- Every 20 minutes of jogging/running is worth 15 points
[The above are the accepted individual exercises for this particular team up competition, they will vary for future competitions]
For the workouts...
- This workout is worth 25 points
- These workouts go as follows:
+ Workout A: 15 points

+ Workout C: 15 points
+ Workout D: 17 points
+ Workout E: 20 points
+ Workout F: 30 points
