This game is interesting, in the sense that there are not any winners or losers per se. Everyone participates, and you can participate numerous times.
How it works:
I start it out as something simple like, "I do one push up, now you do one push up and one jumping jack." Then the next person would do the one push up and one jumping jack and they make something up saying "I did one push up, one jumping jack, now you do one crunch." Then the next person does the push up, the jumping jack and the crunch and make something else up like "I did one push up, one jumping jack, and one crunch. Now you do one burpee."
...you get the idea. You got to think, by the tenth or so person, you have a mini workout going on!
If you are doing an exercise that you think someone may need to be shown how to do, feel free to post a link that explains or do so yourself!
