This workout is misleading. It is NOT just for dudes (of course a good one for dudes, but not exclusively for!), and don't be intimidated by the huge weights the guy demonstrating is doing! It is easy to follow, and hey, you'll learn a few moves. Just remember to use dumbbells that you can handle without hurting yourself. Whether that be 1lb., 5lbs., 10lbs., or higher, do it, and get to it (safely!).
